Tickets and Admittance

All guests, age 2 and over require a ticket to sit in the theater. Backstage wristbands do not allow for seated entry in the theater. 

If anyone on your backstage list has a ticket, they will need to head to either of the entrances to have their ticket scanned.

Backstage Access

Backstage access credential list must be submitted 3 days in advance. Patrons with comp or internally purchased tickets are not granted backstage access unless specified on the access list. Those with backstage access wristbands do not have escorting privileges and must adhere to all directions from venue staff and security. 

House

The gates and house are scheduled to open 90 minutes prior to event start. Production may delay house doors opening due to their needs only.

Transit

The Ford operates two remote locations for shuttle services: Hollywood & Highland and Universal Metro Station. The shuttle is free, however parking rates at the lots do apply. Shuttle service starts two hours before show time and runs approximately every 20 minutes, ending once the show begins. The shuttle does not run during the show. 

Merch Sales
For all merchandise sales at The Ford, the Association (The Ford) will provide the necessary equipment and sales staff, retaining twenty percent (20%) of total sales, minus tax and credit card fees, or $500, whichever amount is greater for each performance date. The Artist is responsible for remitting sales tax to the appropriate tax authority. Shipping costs and requirements are also the responsibility of the Artist. Merchants will be approved on a case-by-case basis, with final approval by The Ford's Director.

Food Concessions

Bodega at The Ford brings the laidback, fresh street dining experience that has made Los Angeles’ food scene admired worldwide. The program offers adventurous, multicultural offerings from Angeleno chefs and makers. There are two locations offering food: Edison Plaza Marketplace and Zev Terrace Concessions with Bar, along  with two satellite bar locations.

The Ford parking lot is managed by the Hollywood Bowl. All patron vehicles are stack parked.

Parking lots open 3 hours prior to event start to the public. 

2025 Parking Prices:

General: $15
General Carpool (3 people or more): $10
ADA: $10 (extremely limited and must have valid placard)
Motorcycle: $7

LA Soundscapes: $5

Cash and Credit accepted.

You are provided 15 complimentary parking spots for your artists and crew. List must be provided at least 3 days in advance. This parking is stacked. For additional parking spaces outside of the allotted 15 complimentary spots are $10 each.  Additional spaces can be purchased internally with your assigned AVA.

There is no parking on the Loading Dock Road as it is a fire lane. Parking inside the Loading Dock is available at the discretion Production and Operations and must be approved in advance. Temporary unloading at the Loading Dock is permitted.
