Community Guidelines
The Ford values active participation from all communities as essential to building an inclusive society and embraces core beliefs such as the power of music, the importance of equity and diversity, cultural equity, varied perspectives, and continuous learning. Welcoming environments foster innovation, collaboration, and participation, and this code of conduct is designed to ensure positive experiences for all.
FordLab partners are expected to act with integrity, behave ethically and transparently, and treat everyone—partners, staff, vendors, and audiences—with respect and dignity, promoting equity and inclusion. Discrimination or harassment based on legally protected characteristics is prohibited. Partners should communicate constructively, contribute professionally, and report unresolved conflicts to the Program Lead. They must also treat all spaces with care, follow venue rules, and refrain from using equipment without Ford crew support.
By adhering to these guidelines, partners help maintain a respectful and collaborative environment for everyone involved.
