The LA Phil’s Production Team at The Ford, comprised of seasoned Production Managers and Union Crew, brings decades of expertise to support FordLab producers. As an IATSE 33 Union house, we are committed to equitable access to the arts.

Each FordLab producer will be assigned a Production Manager to help bring their creative vision to life and act as the on-site liaison with the crew, which includes audio, electrics, and props/carps departments. More details on these roles and terms are available in the production glossary below.

Producers must submit a run of show, input list, stage plot, and completed rider form. Templates for these are in the glossary, and the rider form is linked below. First drafts are due by Friday, May 30, 2025, with final versions required two weeks before your first on-site day.
